Who handles your information
Daydream Planner is operated by Kris Creatives. For questions about your personal information or a privacy request, contact krisscreativess@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
- Account information: Google provides your account identifier, name and verified email to sign you in and connect your planner and Premium access to your account. We retain your account identifier after sign-in to maintain an account register and provide the owner with aggregate Free and Premium account counts. This register remains until account deletion; it does not store your planner content or browsing history. Daydream does not receive your Google password or request access to your Gmail messages.
- Planner content: the notes, tasks, schedules, priorities, titles, design settings and background images you save are used to display and sync your planner.
- Purchase records: we store PayPal order and payment identifiers, the amount, currency, payment status and associated Daydream account to activate Premium and handle payment problems. PayPal handles payment credentials; Daydream does not store full card numbers or your PayPal password.
- Support requests: we store your name, account email, reason, transaction ID, message, optional screenshots, submission time and review status so the owner can evaluate and respond to your request.
- Essential technical information: sign-in sessions and temporary login verification records help secure your account. Our hosting and payment providers may also process connection information such as IP addresses and browser information to deliver and secure their services.
We process account, planner and purchase information to provide the service you request. Support information is used to handle your request; necessary security and recordkeeping may also support legitimate operational interests and legal obligations. Avoid storing passwords, full card details or unnecessary sensitive information in your planner or support screenshots.
Where information is stored and who can access it
Cloudflare hosts Daydream and stores its account records, planner data and support attachments. Google handles sign-in, and PayPal handles checkout and payment verification. These providers may process information outside your country under their own privacy practices.
Other customers cannot access your planner or support requests through the app. The owner can review submitted support requests and their attachments. Authorized administration of the hosting and database systems can provide access to stored data when needed to operate the service, investigate problems or respond to requests. Cloud storage is not end-to-end encrypted.
We do not sell your planner content or use it for advertising. Information may be disclosed where required by law or necessary to handle a payment dispute. See the privacy notices for Cloudflare, Google and PayPal.
Optional push reminders
If you enable push reminders, we store your browser’s push subscription (delivery endpoint and encryption keys), account identifier and timezone to send reminders for synced schedules with “Notify me” enabled. Browser push providers such as Google, Mozilla, Apple or Microsoft deliver these notifications. The notification contains a schedule time and a link to Daydream, not your schedule text. We retain the subscription until you disable it, sign out successfully through the app, or the push provider reports it expired. Temporary delivery records prevent duplicate alerts and are removed after three days. You can turn off push on this device in Planner Studio or revoke notification permission in browser settings.
Cookies and this device
Daydream uses an essential sign-in cookie and temporary sign-in verification cookies. Browser local storage keeps a draft of your planner and pending checkout information so changes can survive a reload. These local copies can remain after signing out. On a shared device, sign out and clear this site's browser data after checking that your work is synced or backed up. Clearing browser data does not delete your cloud account.
Downloaded PDFs and backups remain wherever you save them. You control their storage and sharing. Daydream does not currently include advertising trackers or a marketing analytics service.
Retention and deletion
Your cloud planner remains saved for continued use; inactivity alone does not currently trigger automatic account deletion. Normal saves replace the current cloud planner. Sign-in sessions expire after seven days, and expired authentication records are periodically cleaned up.
Support and purchase records are kept to review requests, maintain Premium access and handle disputes or legal recordkeeping. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule for these records. Contact us to request a review or deletion of information no longer needed. We may retain records still required for an unresolved dispute, legal obligation or valid purchase entitlement, and will explain any applicable limitation when handling your request.
Account deletion is handled by contacting support, not by a self-service button. Before deletion, save any planner exports you need. Deleting data from Daydream does not delete separate records held by Google or PayPal or copies you downloaded.
Your choices and rights
You can edit your planner and download backups in the app. Email us from your account address to request access, correction, an export or deletion, or to raise an objection to processing. We may verify account ownership before acting. Applicable law determines available rights and any exceptions. You may also raise a privacy concern with the Philippine National Privacy Commission.
Providing account information is necessary for cloud sign-in and saving. Screenshot evidence is optional. Withholding information needed to verify a payment or investigate an issue may limit our ability to resolve it.
Security and updates
Daydream uses HTTPS, authenticated account access and private storage for planner data and support evidence. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. We will update this page when practices change and identify the revision date above.
